Each One Teach One Mentorship Program
The focus of the mentorship program is to complete pairings quarterly and provide check-ins to ensure maintenance throughout the entire 9 month process. This committee will also assist with improvement of the process and transition to the chapter level. Meeting 1x month.

Research Committee

The focus is to find research collaborations and research topics that emphasize dismantling health disparities and improved diversity, equity, and inclusion in the physical therapy field. Requirements include the ability to meet at least 1x month as well as obtaining IRB status and compliance.
Education Committee

The focus of the education committee is to explore ways for NABPT to assist with providing resources to increase black faculty and improved visibility. The education committee will assist with student support services as well as acceptance, retention, and matriculation of students in the PT field. Requirements include the ability to meet at least 1x month for a quarter with start up.
Newsletter Committee
Chair: Amanda Adjari
Focus will include providing insightful articles for career development, mental and financial wellness of our membership base, highlights, and events. Requirements are to meet every other month with the production of quarterly newsletters.
Chapter Development Committee
Chair: Kelsey Mims
Role is to maintain compliance with NABPT bylaws for existing chapters, recruit for chapter development, and support potential chapters with tips on how to recruit members.
Social Media Committee

The focus is to maintain engagement via social media, answer questions, and highlight events and achievements of NABPT and its members. This committee will also produce content that fosters the growth of our followers.
Membership Committee

The focus is to maintain new membership via issuing IDs, maintaining renewals, and engaging with members by checking in and assisting members with all benefits.
Role is to develop ways to increase membership base, document members, answer membership questions, and membership engagement.

Role is to develop a plan for conference- location, educational sessions, community service project, parties, happy hour, financial outlook (budget and fundraisers), finding speakers, and sponsorships.

The role includes the maintenance of all programs in NABPT, compliance with programs and special interest groups, scholarships, and committees. Also this program will help to collect data that can be used for future grants.

The role of this committee is to generate ideas for fundraisers. This committee will collaborate with the board and other committees to execute fundraisers.
