Are you an experienced Physical Therapist ready to take your career to the next level? Edelman Spine & Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (ESOPT)  is now hiring a Clinical Excellence Coordinator. We are a premier PT-owned practice with over 20 years of expertise in orthopedics, sports injuries, spine care, and industrial rehabilitation in the Dover area.

About the Role

As the Clinical Excellence Coordinator, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and elevate our clinical standards. You’ll blend patient care with leadership responsibilities, driving the implementation of evidence-based protocols, advancing ongoing education, and playing a pivotal role in ensuring superior patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Patient Care: Treat a diverse patient population while applying evidence-based treatment protocols that ensure optimal recovery.
  • Clinical Leadership: Lead our team in maintaining clinical excellence through ongoing education, protocol development, and performance reviews.
  • Journal Club Leadership: Organize and lead discussions on the latest research and ensure that our team stays updated on emerging trends and best practices.
  • Protocol Standardization: Develop and refine treatment protocols for key areas like post-surgical rehabilitation, spine care, and sports injuries, aligning our practice with the latest evidence-based guidelines.
  • Continuing Education: Manage and facilitate continuing education opportunities for the team, ensuring all clinicians have access to top-tier training and certification programs.
  • Outcome Analysis: Collaborate with clinic leadership to review patient outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives that ensure the best results for our patients.

About You

  • Are committed to continuous professional development and interested in pursuing advanced certifications (MTC, CHT, dry needling, etc.).
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist (Delaware license or eligibility required).
